Returns and Exchange

7-day easy exchange. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us an unboxing video or clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a free replacement immediately, no return needed.

Change of mind

Unopened and unused bottles can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened perfume bottles back. Return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges is covered by the customer.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is issued via bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days. COD orders are refunded the same way.
